If customer is from gulf countries, we can deliver as per domestic delivery system to cargo or freight forwarding companies located in UAE.(there are many cargo companies in dubai which deliver in gulf countries, African countries etc ,)
So if it is identified that customer is outside UAE,customer has to give delivery address of cargo company where the products must be delivered.
The cargo company can be located any where in UAE and will apply above Tariff for delivery as per delivery address of cargo company.
